AMBA ESTATE

AMBA, a social enterprise at 1000m above Ravana-Ella waterfalls in Sri Lanka, maximizes local incomes and protects the environment. Our motto: “If it grows, turn it into a product!” We pioneered hand-rolling teas, featured in top shops and restaurants worldwide, using only the finest leaves and buds.

EBONY SPRINGS

Ebony Springs, a smallholding in Nuwara Eliya's western mid-grown agroclimatic zone, produces artisan teas using high-quality green leaves from the TRI 2043 clone, ideal for white tea. In a micro facility, they create about 10 varieties of tea in very small quantities.

KALEY TEAS

Kaley Teas, from a single garden in southern Ceylon, thrive on a unique terroir nourished by monsoons, cool mist, dry winds, virgin soil, and natural streams. Surrounded by forests near the Sinharaja rainforest, Kaley Teas are naturally grown, hand-picked, and handmade by artisans, embodying the essence of Ceylon.

FOREST HILL TEA

Forest Hill Tea, at the foot of Adam’s Peak in Sabaragamuwa, produces forest-friendly, artisan tea. From the wild, abandoned Warnagala estate, tea leaves are hand-plucked from 30-40 feet high trees. This unique, earthy tea is crafted in small batches, reflecting environmental sustainability and community empowerment.

MONKEYTAIL TEA GARDEN

Gammaduwa Bungalow, a heritage site and social enterprise, offers artisanal Monkeytail Teas, high-quality accommodation, and gourmet Sri Lankan cuisine. Employing and training local villagers, the 7-acre vintage tea garden and factory produce unique teas, aiming to expand employment, profit-sharing, and artisanal tea-making skills in the community.
